Return & Refund Policy

Cancellation Policy:

  1. Order cancellation requests must be made before the product is shipped.
  2. Once the product is shipped, cancellation will not be possible through our website.

Return Policy:

  1. Return/Exchange is available only for selected Blouses.
  2. Return eligibility details and duration are mentioned on the product page and may change without prior notice.
  3. If pickup service is not available at your location, the customer must self-ship the product to our office address.
  4. Return/Exchange charges may apply depending on the product and reason for return.

Refund Policy:

  1. Refund requests are accepted only in case of:
  • Damaged or defective product
  • Wrong or missing item
  • Size, color, or design mismatch
  1. Once the returned blouse is picked up and quality-checked, the refund will be processed within 5–7 working days using the original payment method.

Important Notes for Return:

  • Blouses must be unused, unworn, and unwashed.
  • Products should be returned with original tags, labels, and packaging intact.
  • Items showing signs of use, stains, odor, washing, ironing, or alterations will not be accepted.
  • Customized, stitched, or made-to-order blouses are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
  • Return/Exchange requests raised after the specified return period (as mentioned on the product page) will not be accepted.
